Abstract
An improved forward-backward time-stepping (FBTS) method has been developed. In this method, the distribution of the estimated electrical parameters in the seeking region is expanded in terms of a Fourier series to get a new gradient by controlling the truncation number of the series. A very convenient edge-preserving regularization is proposed.
