Abstract
Nowadays, enterprises operate in a tremendously competitive environment characterised by a number of changed business conditions. These comprise the trend to global and transparent markets, the rise of mass customisation, and reduced product life cycles. Competence in the optimal use of information and communication technologies supporting a global distributed innovation will be a future key to industrial countries remaining competitive in both the race for bringing new products to market and in sustaining a profitable presence in the market. Therefore, how to transform disorder, and distributed heterogeneous information into orderly and integrated situation, and support interactive information and collaboration among enterprises, which is an important prerequisite for achieving distributed innovation effectively. This paper firstly brings forward the conception of enterprise distributed innovation, describes features of enterprise distributed innovation, then, discusses about the Web service technology, at last, establishes information integration system of enterprise distributed innovation.
