Abstract
China provincial-level regional tourism competitive power is a complicated chaotic system with the existing multitudinous factors and the subsystem in different ways. According to constructing evaluating index system of tourism competitive power in provincial-level regions, The Grey relational synthetic evaluation is adopted to rank the relative relation of eight influencing essential factors of the regional tourism competitive power. It is found that during the eight factors, the influencing effect from strong to weak sorting is regional service level, regional traffic conditions, regional environmental quality, tourism infrastructure, regional developing level, abundance of tourist attractions, regional cultural atmosphere and external economic relation in turn. Meanwhile, focus on above factors, some suggestions of the competitive power upgrade will be pointed out.
