Abstract :
To calculate type B uncertainty from bounds on manufacturer´s specification, two distributions, normal and rectangular, are approximately assumed depending on the setting of thresholds on testing. The crossover threshold bound-width was 2radic3 times one standard deviation of distribution on whole products, which corresponds the yield 90%
