Abstract :
The second industry of Lucheng district in Wenzhou includes many sectors and their development efficiency differs widely. It is noteworthy to evaluate the development efficiency of the second industry´s sectors in Lucheng district and analyze their present development situation and the inefficiency reasons. The results can help make development policies and development measures of the second industry. This paper uses data envelope analysis method, chooses right input-output indices to do the empirical study on the second industry in Lucheng district according to correlative data from the first economic census.
