Abstract :
A new approach of design and research for switched reluctance planar motor (SRPM) was explored in this essay. With the software of Solidworks and virtual prototype and simulation technique, the virtual prototype of three dimensions for SRPM is designed, and the statics and dynamics FEA and research and analysis of simulation were performed; the deformation displacement, stress distribution, natural frequency and mode are calculated under different guiding devices. Via the technology of computer data transfer and transmission, it realized the data transmission between the software of Solidworks and ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System). The virtual prototype model is guided into ADAMS from Solidworks to perform the simulation research of configuration kinematics. Under the given speed, acceleration and displacement curve, the movement features of SRPM. Electromagnetism characteristic of SRPM was studied with Ansoft Maxwell 3D. They provide theory reference to SRPM of the mechanic structure design and optimization.
