Abstract :
Standard competition has been a hot topic in both theory and practice fields. The standard competition capacity and its evaluation, which are the basis and the prerequisite for decision-making of standard competition strategies and tactics, directly concern an enterprise´s core competence. In the related studies, standard competition mechanism, technical innovation and innovation capacity evaluation have received more attention, whereas there are still lack of studies on standard competition capacity and its evaluation. This paper firstly tries to build up a theoretical framework for the standard competition capacity evaluation and the related evaluation indices. Secondly, an evaluation model is constructed by grey clustering assessment. Finally, the model is applied to evaluate several enterprises´ standard competition capacity. The model can be used to evaluate the capacity under condition of inadequate data and hided information. The method has acquired favorable effect in practice.
