Abstract :
This work deals with some of the principles upon which rapid application development (RAD) projects are managed, based on recent case studies and published methods. It focuses particularly on the development team, and suggests themes that may underlie RAD principles. An approach to metrics in establishing the relationship between principles and benefits is discussed
