Abstract
When we study on the research teaching through implementation of network teaching platform we found the absence of learning effect on the feedback. In order to solve the problem, this paper design and implementation of a research network teaching platform based on intelligent evaluation of learning outcomes (RBLMS). This platform could provide basis for decision making for teachers when they implement reform of teaching methods and generate recommendations for independent study of students. RBLMS was designed based on the techniques of J2EE development techniques, My eclipse 8.0 and MySQL5.0, it had three-dimensional properties of the role based access control (RBAC), student behavior data mining function, evaluation of learning algorithm integration and intelligent reasoning functions. In the process of system design and development, the core technologies contained the hierarchical design techniques, FSSH flexible architecture design technology. The system had a good mechanism at security, augment ability, coupling and interactivity, and can deal with the mass of data Ming and processing effectively. The data in pilot run showed that: the system could provide intelligent decision for teacher network teaching effectively, and its good resistance to stress can provide a basis for wide application.
