Abstract :
To solve the underwater target vector detecting problems, the paper introduced the design of a attitude self-correction hydrophone which used its sensitive accelerometer to correct the attitude. The hydrophone´s sensitive unit which could response the zero-frequency signal was a MEMS capacitance accelerometer with high sensitivity. Since the vector hydrophone focusing on dynamic signals, we adopted hydrophone´s static signal to operate the attitude correction. Therefore the hydrophone´s volume and power consumption were both reduced. Another advantage was making the hydrophone and the attitude correction unit concentric. Consequently the system error causing by system assembling was removed. The two-dimension attitude correction was improved. The testing results showed the method was feasible and was well proved. The static correction accuracy was greater than 0.5° which satisfied the hydrophone´s attitude correction request.
