Abstract
In this paper, an adaptive congestion controller for a networked control system with multiple feedback paths is developed. By taking into account time delays in the system model and utilizing a nonlinear controller, a linear switched time-delay system is obtained. By invoking the Lyapunov-Krasovskii theorem, an LMI based stability condition is derived to guarantee ultimate boundedness of the closed-loop system subject to unknown but bounded delays and arbitrary incoming traffic to the system.
