Abstract :
Knowledge has become important resource of enterprise in the knowledge economy age. That enterprises acquire external knowledge and accumulate knowledge through inter-organization learning has become important research subject of organizational learning theory. Through establishing two stages of learning benefit modes, this paper makes game equilibrium analysis on inter-organization learning under the condition with or without difference in learning ability, then gets the equilibrium condition of carrying out inter-organization learning, and discusses the dynamic relation among knowledge sharing level, enterprise learning ability and learning benefit.
