Abstract :
This paper proposed three-level model for all elements innovation mechanism in the total innovation, based on the discussion about the dimension of total innovation and its relationship. The article proposed three fundamental suppositions and eleven sub-suppositions through theoretical analysis and investigation. We have the research data by drawing the questionnaire survey, and process those data by using SPSS15.0 and AOMS7.0, thus carry on the empirical study for the above suppositions. The article finally give the following conclusions: true effects on technological innovation and market innovation firstly is institution innovation, secondly is culture innovation, finally is organization innovation; the coefficients of the function path for strategy innovation to culture innovation, institution innovation and organization innovation respectively is 0.81, 0.70, and 0.64.
