Abstract :
In recent years, the common practice of enterprise informatization is integrating BPR and ERP together, which is the experience and lesson learned from the process of implementing the previous MRP II. However, the results of this practice vary from person to person, which is far from reaching its full maturity or success. This paper mainly studies the interactive relationship between BPR and ERP in the process of enterprise informatization and provides some useful views on how to apply BPR and ERP successfully.
