  • Abstract
    Cultural transformation is at the heart of realizing TOYOTA Production System (TPS). TPS culture can be considered as an outer fluctuation and slight fluctuation at the beginning of TPS promotion to organization systems. Based on fluctuation order principle and dynamic mechanism of systems´ evolution which are included in self-organization theory, and viewed from how to construct the introduction circumstance of TPS culture, promote TPS culture to shape a gigantic fluctuation and facilitate the competition and cooperation of the elements of organizational culture systems, this paper puts forward the infiltration mechanism and strategies of TPS culture, and the conclusion provides a reference for TPS culture´s construction to organizations.
