Abstract
A stereophonic system for acoustic depth rendering is presented. The proposed system employs spatial source decomposition and frequency-dependent phase adjustment algorithms. The system dynamically controls a sound distance perception of stereo signal to provide more dramatic 3D effects for a multimedia user.
