Study on JIT Distribution System Based on Web for the 3rd Party Logistics

The Just-In-Time (JIT) distribution is to distribute product or service to the clients according to the needs of the clients on the minimal stock. It ensures the supply of right parts in right quantity in the right place and at the right time. For the construction projects, the JIT distribution of the materials on the construction site is the precondition to realize the lean construction. This paper considered that the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) is a distribution mode suit for the JIT distribution and the trend of logistics development in the future. Therefore, this paper researched the JIT distribution problem in terms of the 3PL on the basis of web environment. We analyzed the elements of the 3PL distribution system and structured the 3PL distribution system that actualized the mode of combination distribution, and then expounded the general process of the distribution system and how to realize the management to the distribution system.
