Abstract
Supplier selection is the precondition to implement networked manufacturing. There are three kinds of the evaluation indexes: accurate number type, interval number type and fuzzy number type, so the TOPSIS mixed multidimensional decision-making method was used. There are some evaluation factors such as price, quality, network information level, networked condition and credit in supplier selecting. The Java technique was used when developing the supplier selecting system platform, and the system contains three layers: EJB layer, Web layer, General data processing layer. It employs the B/S(Browser/Server) structure. The actual effect of this system proved that the system can help the enterprise to select and manage suppliers well.
