Abstract
In this paper, we address the problem of efficient mapping H.264 decoder on embedded quad-core platform. For this purpose, we propose new partitioning method called `Hybrid partitioning´. As a result of applying hybrid partition, we can reduce 86.0% of waiting overhead compared with functional partitioning.
