Abstract :
Logistics has been concerned in every industry today. And it also plays a key role in the success of E-business enterprises. More and more 3PL enterprises are showing up as the information technology develops. However, how to represent the evaluation problem and how to evaluate and choose from the many 3PL enterprises still remain difficult problem under the supply-chain management circumstances. This paper adopt tree- view knowledge representation firstly, and then constructed an evaluation-index system, finally adopted a fuzzy integrated evaluation method, which combines both qualitative and quantitative analyses and is hence valuable theoretically and applicably.
