Abstract
Designs of criterion matrices are given, the singular value decomposition of which allows one to construct estimations of processes with the multifrequency input signal as majorant and minorant. It is shown that these estimations at a fixed set of frequencies are stationary in time and can be used for an estimation of sensitivity of processes of any matrix and vectorial component of the problem. The results are illustrated by examples
