Abstract :
This paper introduces a self-configurable multi-view video coder (MVC) that blindly estimates the MVC group of pictures prediction structure and its stream coding order. The proposed MVC does not require prior knowledge of the geometric arrangements of video cameras or their stream properties. It is robust to camera failures and channel errors.
