Abstract :
With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the development and application of information technology with high-speed, the global economy is moving toward integration. Corresponding to this, the leading position of consumers in the supply chain has continually increased, and the demand of consumer has gradually become the key factort which may decide the development of supply chain, which result in the competition between enterprises changing gradually from supply chain competition to demand chain competition. From the angle of demand chain survival and enhancing competitiveness, how to timely response the needs of market rapidly changing and improve the integration of the demand chain is important significance for enterprises. This paper make full use of virtual enterprise of the new type enterprise operation mode, and construct integration operation innovation mode among lead user virtual producer services based on market orientation, demand chain crunode enterprises and competitors. The core of demand chain Management is to meet the practice demand of customer and this integration operation innovation mode proposed by paper based on lead user virtual producer services which may have some decision-making reference for solving bullwhip effect produced in the course of demand chain management and reducing transaction complexity etc.
