Abstract
In the supply chain management, main manufactures attach increasing importance to their partnerships´ effect. In order to select partnerships properly, certain attributes of the partnerships should be carefully analysis. Supplier selection is a multi criteria problem which multi attributions of the suppliers should be considered in SCM (Supply Chain Management). We models supplier evaluation problem as an MCDM problem and combines the technique of rough Set theory and TOPSIS (technique for order performance by similarity to idea solution). We discuss using the Rough Set theory to determine the relative weights of multiple evaluation criteria. Finally, an example is shown to highlight the procedure of the proposed method at the end it shows that the proposed model is very well suited as a decision making tool for supplier selection decisions.
