Abstract :
At Present, patients with chronic heart disease constitute a large number of populations in world. In this study, a portable designed for these kinds of patients to monitor and record the ECG signal at the same time. During monitoring of the ECG Signal, Heart calculated and transmitted to a medical service center by text message. Continues patient long-term ECG recording during daily could provide important information about patient health situation. Also heart rate telemetry could help clinician to immediately diagnose heart failures. The prototype had 85grams and 9×10×2 cm dimension with 3 chest lead electrodes could easily carried in daily life.
