Abstract :
In order to realize that the staff can control the distal lighting equipment´s state and status query timely and effectively in the control room, we developed a remote light control box system based on AT89C51 MCU (Micro Control Unit). This system is composed of two major parts such as the software design and the hardware design. Put out control signals by AT89C51, and signal through ULN2803 amplifies current to drive relays, for controlling lighting equipment control. Software via RS-485 bus transfers instructions serially, and outputs control signals. The system bus via RS-485 communicates with the PC host computer, to achieve long-range, multi-node control.
