Abstract :
In recent years, governments take more attention on the regional logistics industry. But the regional logistics plan is very difficult to implement, because it lacks the scientific and effective evaluation on current situation of the regional logistics environment. This paper designs the following indexes, including logistics line, logistics center construction, logistics information platform construction, logistics policy, modern logistics market, modern logistics education training and profession standard etc 7 second-class evaluation indexes and 29 third-class indexes, So we set up 4 layers system of evaluation index and make use of multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation method, combining AHP and Delphi to evaluate performance of regional logistics environment.
