Abstract
This paper discusses the design of a wideband body biased low-noise amplifier (LNA). Body bias has been used to reduce the supply voltage requirement. Input shunt feedback has been used to implement a wideband method. The LNA achieves 4.36-12.2 GHz bandwidth with a gain of over 10 dB and minimum noise figure of 3 dB over the bandwidth with a supply voltage of 1.5V.
