Abstract

As production technology advancement and product upgrading, enterprises need to purchase new equipment. Due to the use of some new spare parts in new equipment, no previous data history of these new spare parts can be used, so that it is difficult to determine the rule of failure and life of these new spare parts, and the demand for such spare parts. Then the number of storage will be difficultly decides. In this paper, the new equipment and the new spare parts will be classified and grouped according to similarity of the principle and structure. And these new spare parts demand will be inferred by the demand of similar spare parts.
