Abstract :
This paper presents an NMOS based switching cell and a library of circuits for smart power ICs, implemented using low cost, standard CMOS technologies. These circuits include: level shifter interface, clamper, charge-pump, and bootstrap. Experimental results on prototypes verify the performance of the proposed circuits. This approach is highly suitable for cost effective smart power ICs
