Through empirical research on reforming of China agricultural economic growth way to reveal the factors determining agricultural economic restructuring. The article use the Cross Section data of china to analyses the factors determining agricultural economic restructuring, comparing the Cross Section data(from 1995 to 2004) of various provinces (cities, districts) of china, the results show that The results show that, The results show that during the period 1995-2004, expenditure gap that China´s rural residents spending on the cultural , educational , entertainment supplies and services between regions is an objective existence, but basically in a relatively stable state, no further intensify, expenditure gap that China´s rural residents spending on the cultural, educational, entertainment supplies and services promote agricultural economic restructuring, but the promoting role in different provinces (cities, districts) has greater difference that the biggest is to Shanghai and the smallest is to Xizang.
