Abstract :
It will increase the pallet recycling rate and realize the mechanization of cargo loading and unloading through the pallet affiliation. The pallet standard and the operating model of pallet pool in China are analyzed; the organizational configuration and the management information system are designed and the construction scheme of Chinese Pallet Pool Co.,Ltd. is planned in this paper. And studies show that it is time to establish Chinese Pallet Pool Co.,Ltd. The two standard pallets with 1200 mm times 1000 mm and 1100 mm times 1100 mm and the lease-exchange model should be adopted to put pallet pool into practice. The company includes branches and subsidiaries and leasing network dots and it can accomplish the real-time information management. It is suggested that the Chinese government call on companies to bid for the establishment of Chinese Pallet Pool Co.,Ltd. and the winner is allowed to establish the company. The nation should subsidize the winner to purchase about ten million plastic pallets, so as to accelerate the nurture of pallet users through leasing pallets at a low price in the beginning of the establishment and promote the normalization of the company operation.
