Abstract
Recently, cyber-entrepreneuship is commonly accepted by undergraduates, and its risks has been drawing great attentions from researchers. Based on case-study and semi-structured interviews for 20 cyber-entrepreneurial undergraduates, content analysis method (CAM) was used to identify five kinds of cyber-entrepreneurial risks: project risk, resource risk, management risk, technology risk and experience risk. Lastly, some effective measures have been put up to cope with entrepreneurial risks.
