  • Abstract
    A novel real-coded quantum genetic algorithm (RQGA) is designed. The concept of real qubit and real quantum gate is proposed to express the genes and accelerate the convergence rate. All the genes of a chromosome are expressed by phase angles instead of real values. Experiment results of radiation pattern synthesis for smart antenna show that the proposed algorithm achieves more satisfactory effect than existing algorithms.
