Abstract :
Based on the appraisal methods of efficiency of container terminal, this study designs an evaluation index system of efficiency of container terminal, and sets up a preferable data envelopment analysis (PDEA) model of Bohai Rim container terminal. The result indicates that PDEA model can reflect designers´ inclination, which carries out a reason test by projective analysis so as to make terminal operators design effective measurements.
