Abstract
The versatility of the Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) has allowed the real time and high resolution imaging of Iiving biological matter. However, a dedicated platform for efficient imaging and analysis of single living cellular material by AFM has not been developed. Our biochip has specifically been designed for AFM imaging on living cells in order to investigate the hormonal and peptide regulation of physiological processes in the pituitary cell.
