Abstract
In this paper, we propose a target localization method in Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) radars with Widely Separated Antenna (WSA)s. Our proposed method is based on the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). We assume that the time delays between every transmitter-receiver pair antennas are available, maybe through a preprocessing estimation method and the uncertainty on each time delay is modeled as a white Gaussian noise. Simulation results evaluate the performance of our proposed method comparing with the Cramer-Rao Lower Bound (CRLB).
