Abstract :
Data are given concerning the Leningrad Scientific Research Radiotechnical Institute´s development of atomic frequency standards (AFSs) for various applications, including the AFS with an atomic beam tube (AFS-ABT), with a rubidium gas cell, and with a hydrogen maser. The onboard AFS-ABT intended for GLONASS space vehicles is described. The possible directions of international cooperation in the field of the AFS creation are considered
