Abstract :
This paper proposes a mobile-initiated IP flow handover mechanism for Proxy Mobile IPv6, based on network-controlled mobility management architecture. The proposed mechanism enhances handover performances by enabling the simultaneous use of multi-interfaces during flow mobility.
