Abstract :
Computer telephony (CT) is wide telecommunication technology. It is means of the removed access to the information, providing thus the voice interface convenient for the person. The technology creates preconditions for introduction of a plenty of services and the systems of qualitatively new, "intellectual" level promising the decision of problems which traditionally demanded use of the person - operator.
