Abstract :
This paper describes current mirrors which consists of n-channel depletion-mode GaAs MESFETs. The newly proposed current mirrors have both inverting and non-inverting output terminals that enable us to realize current-mode circuits very simply. Current mode filters can be realized by using current-mode integrators which are obtained by adding a capacitor at the input port of the current mirror. As an example of filters, we show a leapfrog structure of a third-order low-pass filter. HSPICE simulation was performed to verify the validity of the proposed current-mode filter
