Abstract :
We report on the novel low-impedance lossy line (LILL) component for decoupling in the power distribution network (PDN) on the printed circuit board (PCB). The prototype was evaluated on the test board after the testing of own performance. The drop of its decoupling performance was confirmed on the test board. The novel LILL was developed without interruption. Its solution ability based on its excellent decoupling performance was confirmed by our calculation.
