Abstract :
Supplier relation management (SRM) is an important link in enterprise management. The keen competition makes the relation between the enterprise and supplier is no longer simple buying and selling relationship, but should be intimate colleagues with mutual trust and contribution. This paper takes SX Illumination Company as the case to study its improvement of the SRM. It starts from the Chinese GUANXI culture, through establishing, maintaining and promoting the relation, to form RENQING (human feelings) resources, in order to reach a win- win situation.
