Abstract :
The ultimate goal of city operation applied innovation park (COAIP) is to promote utilization of technology fruit in practice. In the future, the industrial development of Beijing is set to be high-tech oriented. That developing high-tech industry, exerting the priority of science and technology, talents, information and finance of Beijing furthest, upgrading the status of Beijing in national and global science and technology innovation network and enhancing the competitive ability is vital for Beijing City development. This paper analyzes Value Chain of Beijing City Operation Applied Innovation and uses data mining method to analyze the userspsila demanded information.
