Abstract
Third-party Logistics (TPL) has now become a common practice. So it is very important to firms to select appropriate TPL providers. This paper gives a method of TPL provider selection and transportation assignments with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and goal programming (GP). We give a process of selection TPL providers and establish a criteria hierarchy structure which has two levels including 4 criteria and 16 sub-criteria. At last, it has proved the validity and the practicability by an example.
