Abstract
This paper focuses on the problem of operating mode selection in the reverse logistics of manufacturing enterprise. First, three operating modes of reverse logistics are introduced; then, we establish an evaluation index system by using balanced scorecard. On the basis of above, a decision-making model of reverse logistics for manufacturing enterprise is built up through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, a specific example is used to illustrate the availability of the established decision-making model in the practice of reverse logistics operating mode selection for manufacturers.
