Study on Purchasing and Inventory Model for the Textile and Clothing Industry under SCM Mode

Textile and clothing industry is an important industry that exporting products and earning foreign exchange for China. However, the application of advanced management method, like supply chain management, is very little in Chinese textile and clothing enterprises. Aiming at this situation, this paper, according to the practical operational mode and the difference of products, discussed the purchasing model, inventory forecasting, automatic supplement system model, and optimum order amount model for the textile and clothing enterprise, which laid the foundation for the further study.
