Abstract
Using the Internet to enhance e-learning has become a trend in modern higher education institutes. E-learning platforms are increasingly becoming a significant part of the strategy for delivering online and flexible e-learning. The continuing advance of multimedia learning depends mainly on developments in information technology. Recently, the technological capabilities of multimedia have advanced at an astonishing rate, and therefore this paper will propose a new approach to interactive multimedia for effective e-learning for media programming, which combines pedagogical strategies with the external and internal factors of e-learning environments for using interactive media. The main aim of this paper is to critically evaluate this new framework, to assess the effectiveness of the programming in existing fused media in e-learning environments, and to investigate the impact of pedagogy in designing and delivering a fused media, which can be used by creative media designers and producers for learning technical skills.
