Abstract
3-dimension (3-D) finite difference time domain method with perfectly matched layer is employed to solve the field distributions and transmittance of metal hole arrays. By applying recursion equations proceeded form basic theory in different blocks of domain, the field distributions and the transmittance are obtained in MatLab service. Solutions are good agreed with the experiment data and results published earlier.
