Team Social Capital and its Impact on Team Performance

First of all, the structure characteristics and evaluating indexes of the team are analyzed. And then this paper defines team´s internal social capital on the framework of definition of social capital which Ghoshal made, and defines team´s middle social capital on the framework of the position of team on network inside the organization, and defines team´s external social capital on the framework of relations with external entities. Finally, the impact of the internal/middle/external social capital on team performance is discussed respectively.
